SXSW Film Conference Screens Video of Stephen Bornstein's Austin New Years Eve 3D Light Installation.

On March 11th 2012, I attended "The FACES of Austin Collection 2012" film screening. Organized by the Cultural Arts Division of the City of Austin in collaboration with SXSW (South by Southwest) Film Series.

Four film professionals served as judges to chose seventeen films from 67 entries. The short timeline video is of my 3D interactive light sculpture. I assembled the 20 ft high installation during Austin's 2012 New Years Eve celebration.
The Screening was held during the annual SXSW Film events, providing Austin film makers the opportunity to shown their work to an international audience.

After the showing, a short question and answer session provided the audience additional input with the film makers.
I was very proud to be chosen and enjoyed the professional atmosphere.

These videos shows the installation of a 20 ft high Interactive 3D Light Sculpture at New Year's Eve 2012 celebrations, in a downtown Austin park. Light is reacting to the music from the stage. 3D light sculptures displays music in actual 3D.
