Bornstein chronicles Master So's new Qigong Dragon Movement

Master So performs his new healing Qigong Dragon Movement in the Texas Hill Country during the height of the Wild Flower season.

In this video Master So performs his new Qigong Dragon movement in the Texas Hill Country.

The video begins with the physical preparation for Qigong. The first hand movement down the right and left-hand sides of the body is to balance the heart, Yang energy with the kidney, Yin energy,

With the hands raised over the head while gazing down represents the body and mind union together. The cultivation of the Qi takes place during moving the hands in a circular motion. The rotating of the bent arms around the shoulder socket both clockwise and counterclockwise is for the lungs.

The video above features a piece of music with didgeridoo and Tibetan singing bowls, produced by Inner Splendor Media. This music should be played together with the video of Master So.

As you listen to the pure vibrations and resonance of the instruments, let your mind and heart be healed of worry and slip into a deep meditation.
